Terms & Conditions

Payment & Pricing: All prices quoted are in NZD.  Payments made are either through our Paypal account or via bank deposit.

Returns & Faulty items: We pride ourselves on providing you with quality products.  If the item you receive is faulty please email us at hello@mypartyinbox.co.nz and we will organise a replacement item, refund or store credit upon return.  Should you wish to return an item for any other reason we operate a 14-day exchange policy. Goods must be returned back to us in good order, sealed/unopened with the packaging and accompanied with your proof of purchase. At this time you will be offered an exchange or store credit of the same value paid at the time of purchase. The cost of shipping a returned item is the at the buyers cost and responsibility.

Shipping: All orders are sent via tracked courier nationwide. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. We do not take any responsibilty for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Stock: We endeavour to keep all of our products in stock and our website up to date. Should any item/s be out of stock an 'Enquire' button will show and these items can be backordered for you upon contact. We will let you know ASAP if for any reason your item is not currently available and give you an approximate due date for delivery. If for any reason an out of stock item is purchased, a refund will be given for the product you have ordered.
